Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

August 7 - A New Aunt and Uncle!

Cooper got to hang out with his new found Aunt and Uncle.  This uncle is Mo, and he is the brother to Uncle Howie of our blog post from 3/18/11.  Mo's wife Linda is a wonderful aunt who Cooper seemed to really like a lot.  See how he smiles with them?

He actually found two aunts when visiting Uncle Mo.  A neighborhood friend named Julie was fun to visit too.  She even doodled a picture of Cooper that I thought was really funny.

August 6 - Wet to Wonderful

Another rain storm during part of the day but we were dry by the time we got to our friends Mo and Linda's house in Tennessee.

The scenery was beautiful and the rain cooled us down nicely.  No one was complaining about any of that.

I got some great pictures of Cooper enjoying the scenery too.

He especially liked the cows.

August 5 - WET Day!!!

We were a little pre occupied with a good tv show this morning and neglected to watch the weather this morning.  BIG MISTAKE.

We packed our bikes though knew we were going to get some rain because of the clouds that were moving in.  We were going on faith that we could stay ahead of the rain as we had been so far.  ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE.

Just as we got our bikes ALMOST packed...

As a result, we all wore our rain gear today.  Cooper doesn't like his but at least he stayed dry.  He didn't really mind wearing it until he had to walk.  At this point he would shake and shake and shake to try to get it off him.  We had to carry him so we could at least get through the store without having to stop every four steps so Cooper could shake again.
