Designer Dogs Gone WIld

I know it's a little crazy to see a dog with a blue mop top.

I struggle with myself sometimes about the whole thing and how it must look to people.  

Then I see this.  A Bichon made to look like a panda bear.  He's had his hair cut and died to make to look like a PANDA.  Now THIS is over the top.
