Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

Vintage Motorcycle Show

On Sunday we took a nice easy ride to a Vintage Bike Show that was about 35 minutes away.  We met our friends Dave and Colette to walk around looking at the bikes and talking to people.  We handed out our blog address and told a lot of people about out up coming trip to CA via motorcycle.  IT's exciting to tell of our plans.

Selling my house was one of the factors in deciding if we would be able to go for the whole summer or not.  Since it seems as though the house is going to sell in time, I feel as though we're all clear to be on the road soon!

At the Bike show I met a woman who remembered us from the hospital in Boston.  I recognized her and she recognized Cooper.  It's funny what a small world we live in.  I also met a woman who I met five or six years ago through Women On Wheels®.

It was a beautiful day.  We went for a ride with Dave and Colette after the show.  When we parted company, they went to dinner and we headed home - the long way.  Cooper enjoyed our ride.  There were so many smells in the air he could hardly keep his nose out of the wind.

Enjoy our video of riding home with Jesse.  Keep your eyes on my mirrors.  Sometimes what's behind you is better than what's in front.
