Sleeping On Mama's Shoulder

Sometimes, if the festivities are long or we're really having a good time, Cooper gets REALLY tired.

I can tell when he's getting too tired.  He stands in one place with a droopy tail.  Then he will stand on his back feet and wave with both hands but not playfully.  He will bump my legs with his paws and wave, wave, wave.  That means 'want, want, want.'  

So I pick him up and he will melt into me like he's settling in for a while.  I'll tuck his head down on my shoulder so he knows he can sleep if he wants to...

and sometimes he does.
