Monday: 94º. We totaled 227.3 miles.
I'm not a morning person, and I'm on vacation... so NO ALARM CLOCK during this whole trip.
I packed my bike as Cooper paced. He knows what it means when bags get packed into the bike. He's so smart.

My first gas stop in CT was like many others. There was a man who came right over to Cooper to pet him and ask me questions. Then we went in the store and the clerk had her picture taken with Cooper... more questions. It was good.
I got a breakfast sandwich and some cold drinks, I used the rest room and then we walked around outside for Cooper to pee too.
We arrived at our hotel in Poughkeepsie, NY at about 5 and got settled. I was able to get a salad for dinner. Cooper enjoyed some of the chicken from my salad in his dinner.
After dinner we went outside for a while. We had an exterior sliding door in our room so we could just go straight out from our room. I like that.
I sat in the shade in a really pretty area while Cooper sniffed and explored. It was really peaceful.
