Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

Closest Thing We Got To A White Christmas

Look!  It was SNOWING in NOVEMBER!

No it was not Christmas, but it’s almost all we got for snow.

And it all melted by Christmas time.

I let Cooper play for a little while.

It wasn’t enough to really be interested in.

And since it was dark out, I had to keep him close to me so I could see him.

We still have a few more months of winter…

I hope we get one good one for Cooper to play in…

Then the snow can go away.  I hate to shovel snow.

Bichon Power!

We went to the pet food store to get Cooper some food.

There was a really cute female Bichon in the store.

Cooper went right to her.

How cute is she?

This is a real Bichon cut.

Somehow I don’t see Cooper brushed out and poofy like this little girl.

He needs to have a tight cut to his body with a mop top of blue dread locks on his head.

THAT’S my boy!

Just One... PLEASE?!?!

Cooper is a little spoiled I think.  This is one of his favorite toys because I put food in it for him to work on till he gets it out.  So when he wants a snack he asks for his jug.

I got him one for downstairs and one for upstairs so he wouldn’t have to carry it up the stairs if he wanted it.  I really thought he couldn’t carry it up.  I was wrong.  One day, when I was too busy to fill his jug upon request and in a timely fashion… he brought up the one from downstairs.  Yup… spoiled.

Happy To Be Out On The Bikes

This was a beautiful day in late fall.

These days you can’t pass up a warmish day to take a ride.

Days are short and chilly, so at best we get a couple of hours to ride.

Cooper is always glad for these days.

Christmas - Wedgie's Door

This is what happens when one of our favorite people has to work on Christmas.

We wrap his bedroom door like a huge gift and sign it.

Then leave gifts for him to trip over when he comes in at midnight.

Cooper just wanted to get in the room so he scratched at the door like he always does.

wagging

He tore the gift wrap, so you know us… in stead of getting mad at him, we let him do it and take pictures to show to you.

Me and Cooper at Bristol Aggie

I just came across these pictures.

They were taken of me and Cooper at my old high school.

Sometimes Cooper is too busy sniffing to take a good picture.

Nope… not at all cooperative.

1st Snow In November

Enough snow here to hide Cooper.  I know he was out there when I took the picture, but I can’t find him now.

Maybe I missed him… He loves the snow.

I can’t even see his foot prints in the snow from this angle.

Little Ride On Veteran's Day

I don’t need to explain these pictures.

They were taken on Veteran’s Day.

We did a parade in the morning….

And rode together for a while after.

What a beautiful ride.

Pictures were taken from the bike Cooper was on

Thanksgiving With Patriot Riders

We had the Patriot Riders over to celebrate Thanksgiving on a weekend night after Thanksgiving.

What a great time we had!  Cooper loves when the living room is full of people.  He goes from person to person getting all the attention he can handle.

The food was great.  Everyone brought something and we had SO MUCH to choose from.

We had all 3 leafs in the table AND a folding table for all the people eating with us.

SO THANKFUL FOR OUR FRIENDS!

Cooper at Christmas

Ok, so there isn’t a great number of pictures of Cooper at Christmas this year.

But here you can see him after my daughter tried to wrap him like a Christmas gift.

And here he sleeps with my mother.  He’s a happy boy.
