Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

WWII Vet

We met a WWII vet last summer.  He spoke after one of the parades we rode in.

He wrote a book about his time in the war.  I bought a copy and he signed it for me.

Can I stay Out?

I have to let Cooper out sometimes when I'm at work.

He can go out off leash but I keep an eye on him.

He wants to stay out for a long time but I can't stand at the door for long.

Tired Boy

He's tuckered out.

Do you see his little blue head in the chair next to me?
SOUND ASLEEP!

Greeting Andy

Cooper goes to work with me when I take care of Andy.

I never need a leash for Cooper.  He's completely voice obedient.

So I feel safe just watching him when he's doing his 'business' outside.

The distraction of Andy getting home was a dilemma for Cooper.

He wanted to go greet Andy but knew he's not allowed near the street.

I think it made Andy's driver Estelle a little nervous for him to be off leash and able to run out into the street if he wasn't so well trained.

A Drink Is A Drink

After a hot ride Cooper needs a drink.  If I don't have a bowl we make due.

Sometimes I cut off the bottom of a water bottle, or a coffee cup.  He doesn't care.

Handsome, Happy Boy

I found these pictures on FB.  I have no idea how people get such good shots of him.

Look how Cooper figured it out and posed for the picture.

That'll Do

After a ride we usually go into a hall for a meal.

It's no back seat to a GoldWing, but it'll do.

Dressing For The Ride

Riding in the Fall requires us to bundle up a little bit.

Cooper would really rather not get dressed up, but he's not able to think about what it will be like without his insulated sweat shirt.

It wasn't bad enough that I needed to pull out his snow suit, which covers his whole back and also all four legs.

But when all is said and done, no matter what I make him wear, he's always willing to pose for a picture or two.

A Christmas Gift From Linda

Linda visited after Christmas.

Of course she always brings something for us for Christmas.

She brought Cooper a gift too.

Honestly he never really cares about the gift.

He just likes to unwrap it.

Christmas 2018 part 11 - Snuggling With Kyra

After everyone was done opening gifts we all sat around to relax.

Kyra got a new phone for Christmas.

Cooper didn't care what she got.

But he really liked how she was sitting nice and still on the couch.

So Cooper managed to snuggle right up next to her and take a nap.

Christmas 2018 part 10 - Loves His Gift

He finally got his gift opened.

He loves it!

A squeaky Santa is very entertaining.

Especially if you've worked so hard to get it.

Christmas 2018 part 6 - Found His Gift

I don't know how he does it,

But he found the gifts under the tree that were for him.

There must have been at least 10 gifts,

And two were his.

How in the world could he know.

Christmas 2018 part 5 - Special Christmas Glasses

Santa
I came across these glasses

Santa
Candy Canes
that make Christmas tree lights into little pictures.

Elves
Rudolph
Cooper obviously didn't experience how cool this is.

Ginger Bread Men
But he can be in the picture.
