Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

My Retirement Home - Part 1

We went to look at this RV.

It is the one I see myself buying for my retirement home.

It's a class C, which I think is the perfect size.

Not a big bus.

Not a trailer that you have to tow.

I want the to buy this within the next 6 years.

Wish me luck!

Pics From Our Solo Trip

This was our first stop of the trip in western NY to visit family.
You see how loaded my bike is .  We were ready for a LONG trip together.
I thought I had posted all the pictures we took on our solo trip early this summer.

We enjoyed a pleasant night with everyone.
Cooper was tired but so happy to hang out with people and the other dogs.
I came across these pictures not too long ago.

This is Louie.
Cooper never snuggles with other dogs, but he got really close to Louie because Louie wanted to snuggle
and didn't really take no for an answer.
So I thought I would just put them here and put a little caption on them to explain what they are.

I love pictures of Jesse and Cooper.
They are the same age.
\ If they lived closer they would  definately have grown up together.
They really love each other.
I feel like pictures are always worth posting.

Bought A Bug Video

Now you can see for yourself how much Cooper likes the new car.

Not bad but he doesn't like that it's standard.  The shift is in the way of snuggling while we travel.

Bought A Bug

Talkative!

vI never usually let Cooper to go on for this long.

I wondered how long he would bark.

So I let him go.

Till I got sick of it.

Killing Time

We live very close to the DQ.

Sometimes when we have some time to kill we go have an ice cream.

Cooper is VERY happy about these surprises.

He really loves ice cream.

So do I!

Gramma Is Sick

My mother had to spend some time in the hospital.

Cooper is a wonderful Grandpuppy.

Loves his Gramma.

Blue Boys!

This is my grandson Logan.

He was going for blue, but since he started out with brown hair, I think bleaching it gave him a shade of blonde to start with.

Cooper starts with white so the blue is blue where Logan got Green.

It think they look great together!

Old Pictures... GREAT Memories!

I have some old pictures I just found.

These are from the first year or so of when Cooper began to ride.

He was just learning what it was like to live in the biker world.

You would never know he was only a couple of years old.

Warren's Bike Needed Work

Warren's bike needed to go in for repair before we went on our trip to TN in August.

A fried of ours came to pick up the bike and trailer it to the mechanic.

Cooper has never seen this before.

When a bike leaves our yard it's always under it's own power.

He did love checking out the trailer.  It was VERY interesting to explore.

Today is Cooper's Birthday!!

Cooper is 12 years old today.

Where has the time gone?

It's hard to remember what life was like before I met Cooper.

He has become the best part of my life in many ways.

Here's to another many good years to come my boy.

Many more adventures.

Western MA - Our Group

We went to support the group in western MA, so when we got there we took a big group picture.

It isn't often we are all together since we live so far away from each other.  Who knows when this many of us will be together again.

Western MA - Sheila And Her Daddy

When we were leaving, Cooper got to see Sheila one more time.

Her Daddy and I talked for a little while through out the day about their training, etc.

Seldom do I get to meet another person with a service dog who did their own training.

This dog was very well trained and very young.

I wish them a long life together and hope to meet them again.

Western MA - Sheila - First Meeting

They were fairly calm when they got close enough to sniff each other.

They are a great personality match.

Neither made the other nervous.

The only issue was to convince Cooper he didn't need to dominate her.

He gets that way with a submissive dog sometimes.

It didn't take much to correct that.
