In The Shadows

Sometimes the story is in the shadows.

I love how we’re so independent as a pair who ride together.

Life is good with my best boy.

X-ray and Check-up

At my last appointment with the ankle surgeon.

I had to have more x-rays before I saw the doctor.

Cooper has done great with all my appointments.

He sat in a chair this time behind a lead apron.

Then we had to sit in a room and wait for the doctor.

He was perfectly well behaved.

Sharing A Chair

Sometimes he would just rather sit behind me than sit on my lap.

It’s a good thing he’s little.

Magic Show

We went to a benefit recently where there was a magic show.

I can’t say it was good…

But the guy was funny.

In The Drier

My drier died.

I found another one on craigslist for $100.

Now we can dry our clothes again rather than having to hang them out.

But of course Cooper’s agenda is completely different.

He has to get in the old drier and bark and make it a game.

My joke is that he’s so fluffy it looks like he just came out of the fluff cycle.

I wish I could find the fun in life that Cooper finds in everything he does.

Rock - A - By - Baby

Yeah, he’s a little spoiled…

Melting Into The Chair

Cooper has his favorite places to sit.

This chair suits him just fine.

He likes there to be a blanket so he can bunch it up and lay on.

He just seems to melt right into the seat.

The rim of the chair is perfect to rest his chin on.

In my opinion it just adds to the cuteness.

Cooper In The Back Seat

In my smart car there was no back seat.

In my new car, Cooper is happy to ride in the back sometimes.

He has even laid down in the back at times.

To know Cooper, he’s always gotta be touching me, so this is kind of big.

A Great Movie Theater

I know you can’t see the pictures very well, but you can make out the back of Cooper’s head with the movie screen in front of us.

This theater has recliners to sit in with a table that folds in over the person’s lap. 

Cooper loved this… 

he stayed on the foot rest of the recliner through the whole movie.  It was great!

Deep Connection

You don’t get much better than this.

Cooper loves his family.

Chariot Ride Video

He loves anything on wheels.  He’s a real dare devil.

I have a little flat trailer kind of thing that cooper has had his eye on for a while.

We pulled it out to see how well it works.

Cooper was all excited.  

He couldn’t wait to jump on and get a ride.

Can I Come Out?

It’s coming up on that time of year…

When we all hang out on the porch and drink coffee.

Cooper never knows what side of the door he wants to be on.

Usually he wants to be with us,

But when he wants us to be inside with him, 

he kind of gets himself stuck in a dilemma.
