After Cooper met the other Cooper, the boy named Nolan wanted to sit on my bike with my Cooper.
It's all very confusing without the pictures today and yesterday.
Look how cute they are.

Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

Another Cooper
We were at Bike Night a couple weeks ago and there was another dog there insisting on some attention.
So I started talking to the owners of the dog and they asked Cooper's name.
So I told them... "Cooper".
And they laughed and said, "His name is Cooper too!"
All Coopers must be the best dogs ever!

Can't Hear What A Dog Hears
All was quiet.
I didn't hear a thing.
But Cooper sat up from a deep sleep to look around.
He heard something.
Or thought he did.
And he looked at me as if to say, "Hear that?"
No Cooper... No I don't.

Cooper's Job
We hosted a Chicken BBQ Fundraiser.
Everyone was busy and doing a job to make this event the big success it was.
Everyone was busy and no one had time to keep an eye on Cooper.
So I left it up to him to do what he knows he's allowed to do.
His job was to do his public relations. Meet and Greet as it were.
And the rule is to not step off the concrete.
This way I knew he was inside the pavilion somewhere.
He did very well. He would come looking for me but wouldn't leave the pavilion. Such a good boy!

Vet Visit - A New Friend
This big baby cried for the whole time waiting for her visit.
She wanted to meet Cooper who was sitting quietly on a bench next to me in the waiting room.
I didn't let Cooper go to her because they were having a hard time controlling her.
But After Cooper's visit I asked if they could meet.
They were both very happy.
And of COURSE Cooper had to bark like a lunatic because he wanted to play.

Vet Visit - Pee Stop
Cooper had his annual physical and shots last month.
His vet has the perfect attraction to make dogs feel welcomed.
Cooper loves this area for all the smells, but of course it's a good place to encourage him to pee here and be ready for his visit.

Safe Under Here
Cooper was looking for a good hiding spot to get some rest.
We were at our Annual Vintage Bike Show and there were hundreds of bikes and even more people.
Cooper was a big hit, but he got tired.
So when my Daughter and her boyfriend sat down, Cooper grabbed his opportunity to hide in the safety of their shadow.

Harley The Rescue Dog
This dog is the perfect rescue dog.
This dog mommy got very lucky.
Harley was in a shelter and needed a home.
What a perfectly balanced and comfortable dog.
Hundreds of motorcycles were here and he had no trouble with any of the commotion.
He has only been here for 2 weeks, and he trusts his mom, and goes with the flow... Awesome!

Out For A Walk
Cooper remembers old skills as if he does them every day.
We went for a walk with Andy, who is in a wheel chair.
Cooper learned how to walk with his wheel chair 10 years ago, and look at him now.
Relaxed and confidently keeping pace, watching the front tires for direction. PERFECT!

Breakfast with Friends
We went to breakfast with friends.
Usually Cooper will sit on my lap.
This time I brought him a pillow to lay on.
He wasn't used to it but he did ok.

Back Pack Video
After I took Cooper out of the back pack I let him check it out.
He totally likes it or he wouldn't play with it like this.

Back Pack
We might go places where there are a lot of people with nowhere for Cooper to walk.
People don't look down and they step on him or kick him by accident.
So now we have a backpack to use.
He's comfortable and it's way easier on me than to have to carry him in my arms.
