Meeting Place For Our Group - Another Cooper

Every now and then we meet another Cooper.

Like this guy.  His name is also Cooper.

Sometimes it's a person...

Sometimes it's another dog.

My Cooper likes all other Coopers.

We waited for our group at a dunking donuts.  We parked by the drive through.

Someone had a car full of dogs.

Cooper thought it was great fun to see them.

They were just about trying to climb out of the car to see Cooper.

When we go on a ride, we like to meet the rest of our group so we can enter the ride together as a group.

So usually we meet at a place with food like a Dunkin Donuts or a McDonalds where we can get a coffee, maybe something to eat and someplace comfortable to sit till the rest of the group arrives.

Halloween 2018 - Cranky Pup

Usually we see a lot of dogs while we trick or treat.

This dog is the only one we saw this time.

I feel bad for this pup.  He didn't seem to have any fun.  

Cooper had enough fun for the both of them.

So He found a place to pee.

I wish it had been so easy for me.

Dog's are lucky. 

They can pee anywhere they want.

Another house all decorated.  The kids love it.

They get all excited and run to the houses with the best decorations.

 Cooper always has to pose for me.

Poor guy doesn't even get to trick or treat!

We've seen this dragon before.

We've actually gotten pictures of Cooper and the kids with it before.

I like this one. 

It's better in person than in a picture.

I don't know if these pictures do the house justice or not.

You have to really zoom in a little to see the details.

Cooper isn't impressed but I thought it looked great.

Fog machine and everything!  Nice touch!

There were so many good decorations out this year.

Cooper got sick of posing.

But I always seem to get good pictures.

Halloween 2018 - The Walk

I really think the walk is the most fun for Cooper.

He seldom gets to go through our neighborhood on foot.

He knows familiar smells but I believe this way he gets to find out where some of those smells come from.

Halloween 2018 - The Wall

If you look back at the last six years of Halloween posts, 

you'll see we always take a picture of the whole group at this wall that is near my house.

The kids have grown so much but the group has gotten smaller.  

One of these kids wasn't even born yet when this tradition began.

I can't wait to collect them all in one place some time. 

I'll compare them all to see how the kids have grown. 

I also want to see how Cooper has changed from a 6 year old when we began, till when ever it is when we stop.

Halloween 2018 - The Group

This is the smallest group of Trick or Treaters we've gone out with since we moved to this house.  Usually we have my grand kids, their friends and anyone else who wants to go.

Usually almost as many adults as children... And ONE little Cooper who goes every single year.

Flashy Puppy

I wish I had gotten Cooper's first reaction to this toy.

He wanted to play with it and was all excited.

When I told him he couldn't have it all excitement went out the window.

Now he looks like, "Yeah, that's cool.  But what am I supposed to do with it?"

Storm Comin' In

Cooper loves a good storm.

He puts his nose to the breeze and sniffs like crazy.

I wish I understood what dogs could smell when they do that.

Are they smelling the neighborhood that comes toward us in the wind?

Or do they smell the weather?

I wish I could experience what a dog smells in the breeze... 

with their head out the window of a car... 

or like Cooper, on the back of my bike.
