Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

August 2 - New Food

We did a lot of riding today because we wanted to get as many miles as we could get because of all the rain that is in the area.  We didn't know if we would get wet or not.

We stopped for short stops.  Talked briefly to folks and passed out cards but the only rather lengthy conversation I had was with two women who are veterinarians.  One locally and one from Switzerland.  It was so cool to talk to them.  I didn't get either of their names, but I remember their faces.  Cooper liked them too.

We made our way to a pet store that sells natural foods.  I was looking for the brand of food that Cooper is accustomed to.  It's called Fromm.  I looked on the internet but when we got there they said they don't sell it any more.  We got food that is close to the same thing.  It's got many of the same ingredients so I hoped it would be ok on his belly.  He seems uninterested in the food we brought with us now, so I think it may be too old.  I threw it away.  He enjoys the new stuff just fine.

The only thing I can say is, he is a bit gassy from the change.  PU!
