Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

Kitty Cat Condo

I found these pictures that were taken in the beginning of the summer when we were getting ready to sell the house.  We had a HUGE pile of various sized boxes.  Some were broken down and laying flat.  Some were in a clumsy pile that teetered when you removed one.

Gabrielle loved the pile of boxes and used them as her Kitty Cat Condo.  She would be found sleeping in a different box through the day.  She would play in the boxes too, pouncing hard enough to cause some of them to tumble across the floor.  We re-stacked the boxes at least once a day, usually more.

Cooper learned that he should investigate the boxes frequently.  If he found Gabrielle in her Condo, he would try to get close to her to sniff or play with her.  His 21 pound body was no match for the boxes.  As soon as he stepped one foot on the pile they would tip his way and topple over on top of him.  Gabrielle is only six pounds, so she could get in there easily.  She enjoyed her safety while in her hiding places.  She could be sure of having NO surprise attacks from this playful pooch.
