The rule during meal time is that if Cooper is sitting up high enough to see the table top, he is to keep his head under the table.
It was funny, after an appointment we stopped at McDonalds for an easy dinner.
Cooper has been so attentive to me since I broke my ankle, he wanted to sit right on me while I ate.
Look how he tries to follow the rule even with a little tv table.
