Sometimes bikes just can’t take the heat. My bike had vapor lock a couple times. Jesse’s bike over heated a few times.
During the times we had to stop, Cooper needed to be kept in the shade so we did this to keep the sun off him and we had hats on our heads. No shade to be found anywhere. Full sun was all there was so we just did our best to get through. Cooper also had an ice bag in his little travel crate so he was cooled that way too.
