Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA this summer. We attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! Enjoy them while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

July 15 - Part 1 - LAZY Morning... Ho hum...

We had a slow morning.

We waited for the office to open at 9 am so we could get coffee and talk to Dean to thank him for all he did.

We laid around for a long time in the tent.

Even past when the office opened.  Cooper seemed to enjoy it too.

Jesse was happy with the progress he had made with his bike.  We were ready to go.  We stopped at the office to let Dean get a picture of Cooper in his log truck.

The truck was made out of an old fire truck.  What a cool advertisement.  Dean said Cooper's picture will be on their web site soon.  I haven't looked yet but I will soon.

We looked around at some of the trees on the property that had some history to tell for a little while.

The tree was too big to get a good picture of

We then went into the store to said our good-byes and thank them for all they did.  I gave Dean a "Friends Of Cooper" patch and he gave us an "Avenue Of The Giants" patch in trade.  Good trade I think.
