Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

Trick Or Treating 2011

Trick Or Treating was fun this year.  My daughter Desiree came to take the kids trick or treating in our old neighborhood.  It's a great place with lots of small roads all connected and very little traffic.

They came to my house first to get ready.  I had a platter of finger foods for them to eat while we got them ready.  They helped themselves and then we started to bundle them up.  It was cold this year.

Cooper must have recognized the process from last year because he was pacing as soon as we started to dress the kids in costume.

Logan and Lucas were SO INTO this.  They were ready to go go go!  Kyra on the other hand, she didn't want to be bundled up.  Not understanding that it was really chilly out, she just wanted her costume.  She pouted a bit, but Uncle Nate came to her rescue.  A quick snuggle and she was ready to play the game.

Everyone got a glow necklace, including Cooper (his costume was in storage) and we were off.  We walked, he sniffed, the little ones had a stroller to ride in if they wanted to.  Cooper enjoyed his attention as usual.  I gave out some of his cards to a couple of groups of kids.  Maybe they are reading this right now.

What a great time we had.  Cooper got a good walk and Desiree took a really good picture that I can use for next years Halloween blog post.
