Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

Zip Line Weekend

Free advertisement for zip-lining

A couple of years ago, we went on a weekend trip with Women On Wheels to a place in NH where they had zip-lining.  Well, Cooper and I didn't zip-line but Jesse did, and so did most of the others that went along for the ride.  I just went to enjoy the weekend away and time with my friends.  Cooper came because he never wants to miss anything.

We rented a house, some motel rooms and some cabins all on the same property to accommodate our group for the weekend.  About 10 of us stayed in the house.  Cooper made due as he always does.  He loves to be with a whole bunch of people.  He had plenty of Aunties and Uncles to play with.

Leave it to Jesse to zip-line up side down!

At night we lit a fire outside in a fire pit and we all sat around the fire.  Cooper enjoyed all the busy activity.  He loves to sit with Daddy when we have a bon fire.  He relaxes completely on Jesse's lap while Jesse pets him and rubs his belly.
On Saturday night we cooked a big spaghetti dinner in the kitchen of our house. Most of the members came to dinner.  We had a great time.  Cooper got to have some of what we had for dinner in his food.

One of our members had a birthday that weekend, so we surprised her with a cake and the whole room full of people sang "Happy Birthday" to her.  Cooper loves when people sing like that.  He barks and makes the clapping motion with his front paws.  He has lots of practice with this ritual since I have so many grand children.  He's had plenty of parties to attend.

It's Becca's Birthday!

        Happy Birthday Becca :0)

The weekend was very enjoyable even without going zip-lining.  A few of us shopped and hung out.  The ride was wonderful.  It was a much needed and well deserved rest for all of us.

Cooper's safe zone.  He loves his travel crate.
He goes in on his own if he needs a break.
