Check out the Blog Archives to read about our cross country motorcycle road trip from MA to CA in the summer of 2011. During that trip we attended the Annual 2011 National Women On Wheels® Ride-In in San Jose CA. Then we just rode. We traveled over 11,000 motorcycle miles in what ever direction we wanted to go for 61 days. We visited friends and family, saw the country, met some amazing people. We made memories we'll never forget. These memories are what THIS BLOG is made of! That was only the beginning. We've been traveling and riding and blogging every since then. Enjoy our stories while we make MORE memories worthy of posting here for your enjoyment.

First Ride With Buffy

On Saturday after our ride to White Horse Gear we got to go for a short ride with Lisa and Buffy.  This is the first time Cooper has ever ridden with another dog.  Buffy is still getting used to riding, so it was a nice slow putt-putt around town ending at the beach.

When we got to the beach, both dogs had their noses in high gear.  There were so many smells for them to experience while we were there, but it was CHILLY there so we didn't stay.

From there we visited Buffy's Auntie Paula for a few minutes.  When we got there we realized that Buffy was shivering so we put Cooper's snow suit on her.  She looked so cute.  By the time we got back home she wasn't shivering any more.  She was plenty protected with the snow suit.

I got some great video of Lisa and Buffy on the bike.  Check it out...

  1. Loved this, Buffy looks to be having a wonderful time riding behind her mom. And would like to see a pic of her in Cooper's snowsuit, bet she was very cute.

  2. No, we missed that. I thought Lisa took a picture but she didn't. She was so lucky to have her boyfriend Cooper be so willing to surrender his biker gear to her. He's very good to her.
